Jakarta, Nov. 17 -- The Indonesian Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) is strengthening the national halal ecosystem as a key component of support for President Prabowo Subianto's national development agenda.

BPJPH Head Ahmad Haikal Hasan said in a statement on Monday that halal certification not only bolsters consumer protection but is also a strategic instrument in boosting productivity, economic independence, and improving community welfare.

"This is the tangible contribution of BPJPH in supporting the nation's major development agenda," he remarked.
