Jakarta, Sept. 7 -- Head of the Indonesian Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH), Ahmad Haikal Hasan, highlighted his agency's commitment to continuously boosting guidance on halal produce assurance to players of micro and small enterprises and the public.

Hasan, in a statement here on Sunday, noted that the guidance is enhanced as a form of support from the government to facilitate business players in the halal certification process.

Apart from that, he noted that the guidance is also expected to help the community and relevant stakeholders, including academicians from various universities, to participate in halal product assurance implementation.
