Jakarta, Oct. 3 -- Public Works Minister Dody Hanggodo on Friday described the planned Bogor-Serpong Tollway via Parung as a strategic infrastructure project to boost growth across Greater Jakarta.

"This tollway is a vital link connecting development centers in the Greater Jakarta area and supporting people's livelihoods," Hanggodo said during the signing of development documents, Friday.

Also speaking at the event, Head of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) Wilan Oktavian confirmed that the Bogor-Serpong Tollway via Parung has undergone extensive preparation. Construction is expected to begin in October 2026 and be completed by August 2028.
