Jakarta, May 5 -- The National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) has readied helicopters, aircraft, and weather modification operations as part of the national strategy to tackle the dry season and potential forest and land fires this year.
Head of the Disaster Data, Information, and Communication Center of the BNPB, Abdul Muhari, said here on Monday that ensuring the readiness of the helicopters, aircraft, and weather modification operations is the agency's main focus to anticipate fires.
