Badung, Bali, July 15 -- Head of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN), Police Commissioner General Marthinus Hukom, has informed that his agency has detected a sophisticated and well-organized drug trafficking ring in Bali province whose members comprise Russian and Ukrainian nationals.

"This is a very unique phenomenon, where nationals of Russia and Ukraine--two countries currently at war--have become partners in the crime (of) drug trafficking in Bali," he said during a public lecture at Udayana University, Bali, on Tuesday.
