Jakarta, Sept. 12 -- The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) continues to intensify supervision of nutrition fulfillment service units (SPPGs), or kitchens dedicated to the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program, to ensure the program's optimal implementation.
In a statement cited in Jakarta on Friday, BGN Deputy for Monitoring and Supervision Dadang Hendrayudha underscored the importance of SPPGs adhering to standard operating procedures.
He highlighted standards covering kitchen hygiene, raw material selection, cooking, and distribution.
"The supervision of SPPGs reflects our commitment to ensuring that all meals served meet safety and nutritional standards," Hendrayudha said.
