Jakarta, Feb. 14 -- The Indonesian Alms Agency (Baznas) will provide medical equipment assistance worth Rp2 billion (US$118 thousand) to the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
This commitment was formalized in a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding aid distribution between Baznas and PRCS, which was signed some time ago at the PRCS office in Cairo, Egypt.
"This is part of our program to ease the burden of the Palestinians where we distribute medical equipment assistance to improve facilities at the Palestine Hospital in Egypt," Baznas Secretary Subhan Cholid noted in a statement on Friday.
