Jakarta, Feb. 9 -- National Development Planning (Bappenas) Minister Rachmat Pambudy stated that his ministry is committed to maintaining high economic growth, despite cut in budget.

"The non-state budget funding for development is important besides the state budget. because Bappenas is obligated to keep economic growth high, even with a change in budget," he said.

Speaking at a leadership meeting, as quoted from a ministry's statement, here on Sunday, Pambudy encouraged ministries and agencies to utilize non-state budget financing sources, such as grants and foreign investments.
