Jakarta, March 15 -- The National Food Agency (Bapanas) is intensifying efforts to promote the consumption of a varied, balanced, and safe (B2SA) diet from an early age to cultivate a high-quality generation in support of the Golden Indonesia 2045 vision.

"The B2SA concept emphasizes the importance of consuming a diverse range of foods in appropriate portions while ensuring food safety," director of food consumption diversification at the agency, Rinna Syawal, said in a statement released here on Saturday.

According to Syawal, instilling the habit of consuming a safe, diverse, and balanced diet from an early age is crucial to fostering a healthy, active, and productive Indonesian population.
