Serang, Sept. 21 -- The Banten High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati Banten) is promoting transparency in the management of village funds while also preserving the culture of the Badui community in Lebak District through the Jaga Desa (Village Guard Prosecutors) Program.

Head of Kejati Banten, Siswanto, said the program reflects the prosecutor's commitment to raising legal awareness among village officials and local communities.

"This program aims to prevent irregularities in the management of Village Funds," he said in a statement in Serang City on Sunday.
