Serang, Dec. 26 -- The Banten Regional Police deployed 100 personnel from its Mobile Brigade (Brimob) unit to Aceh to support Operation Aman Nusa II of the National Police (Polri), as part of ongoing disaster response efforts in Sumatra.
Banten Police Chief Inspector General Hengki highlighted the Brimob deployment as a testament to Polri's readiness and commitment to assisting residents affected by floods and landslides that struck multiple districts and cities in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra last month.
