Kuta, Bali, Aug. 23 -- Bank Indonesia (BI) Bali Representative Office promotes the widespread use of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) digital payment system throughout Bali through "QRIS Jelajah Indonesia" (QJI) literacy program.
BI Bali Advisor Indra Gunawan Sutarto, Saturday, said that there are 57 teams participating in the program: high school students, university students, and the general public aged 17 to 35 who will promote the practical use of QRIS transactions to the public.
In addition, they are promoting a movement to love, be proud of, and understand the rupiah as a symbol of Indonesian sovereignty.
