Banda Aceh, July 3 -- The Class I Immigration Office at the Banda Aceh Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) has deported a Malaysian citizen for violating his stay permit in Indonesia.

Head of the Class I Immigration Office of the Banda Aceh TPI, Gindo Ginting, stated in Banda Aceh on Wednesday that the Malaysian citizen, identified by the initials MK, was deported to his home country via Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport, Blang Bintang, Aceh Besar District, on Wednesday, July 2, at around 4:50 p.m. local time.

"The deportation was carried out after the immigration process and supervision were completed. The foreign citizen was returned to his country of origin aboard a commercial flight," he remarked.
