Jakarta, April 16 -- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre launches the voluntary medical project for heart surgery and catheterization in the Syrian Arab Republic from April 15 to 22, 2025, through the "Balsam" Association for Health Training and Health Development.
The Balsam Association's medical team, consisting of 24 doctors, nurses, and technicians, arrived in Damascus on Tuesday to prepare for open-heart surgeries and cardiac catheterization for adults. A group of local doctors from Syria is collaborating with the Balsam Association's medical team.
