Jakarta, Aug. 7 -- Indonesia's Immigration and Correction Affairs Minister Agus Andrianto stated that the government is following up on information about two former Israel Defense Forces (IDF) personnel operating luxurious villas in Bali.
"We are checking on it right now. Our team is carrying out the operation," Andiranto stated at the Presidential Palace Complex here on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the minister reported that around 100 foreigners were detained in a recent immigration operation in Bali, though he did not specify the immigration violations committed by the foreigners that led to their arrests.
