Denpasar, Feb. 7 -- The Bali Regional Police arrested three nationals from the United Kingdom, identified as JC, LE, and PA, for allegedly attempting to traffic around Rp6 billion (USD8368 thousand) worth of illegal drugs into Bali.
In a press conference in Denpasar, Bali, on Friday, the deputy director of the police's Narcotics Investigation Directorate, Adjunct Grand Commissioner Ponco Indriyo, reported that his team arrested JC, 37, and LE, 39, at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport on Saturday (February 1).
He stated that the police caught JC and LE with around one kilogram of narcotics from their country on arriving in Bali Province after a transit in Doha, Qatar.
