Denpasar, Bali, Jan. 22 -- The Ngurah Rai Immigration Office in Bali has deported Romanian Interpol fugitive, Zuleam Costinel Cosmin, who had been hiding in Bali and was married to an Indonesian citizen.

"We are increasing synergy with the authorities to enforce the law and maintain national security and order," said Winarko, the head of the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office, in Denpasar, Bali, on Thursday.

Cosmin, who is on Interpol's Red Notice list, departed Bali on a Middle Eastern airline via Doha for Bucharest, Romania.

The 33-year-old was arrested on January 15 in Kerobokan by a joint task force from the Indonesian National Police and the Bali Regional Police.
