Jakarta, Sept. 12 -- The Ministry of Tourism has advised travelers planning to visit Bali to closely monitor weather updates from the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), following widespread flooding across several regions since Tuesday.
"Travelers are urged to prioritize safety and health, carry umbrellas or raincoats when outdoors, and stay informed through weather forecasts and advisories issued by BMKG or local tourism operators," said Deputy for Destination and Infrastructure Development, Hariyanto, on Friday.
He noted that Bali has experienced intense rainfall in recent days, prompting the need for heightened vigilance among tourists.
