Jakarta, Feb. 9 -- Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR) Minister Nusron Wahid emphasized that the fire that broke out at his ministry's headquarters last night was purely accidental, not an attempt to damage documents linked to agrarian cases.

"The fire occurred in the office of the Public Relations Bureau, and there were no right-to-build and right-to-cultivate certificates or related documents there. Thus, this event was not an attempt to interfere with evidence of cases," he remarked in Jakarta on Sunday.

Wahid has also visited the scene to inspect the office's condition in the wake of the fire.
