Padang, W Sumatra, July 4 -- Indonesia's Youth and Sports Minister Dito Ariotedjo has said that national athletes are currently undergoing intensive and centralized training, which will last until August 2025, for this year's SEA Games in Thailand.
He conveyed this on the sidelines of his visit to Padang, West Sumatra, on Thursday.
During his visit, he is also scheduled to attend the inauguration of the board of West Sumatra's Indonesian Pencak Silat Association (IPSI).
Regarding the exact number of athletes who will be sent to Thailand for the 2025 SEA Games, he said that currently, the ministry is reviewing athletes with the help of experts.
