Jakarta, Jan. 20 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto held talks with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in London on Tuesday, his second meeting with the UK leader in just over two months, as both sides seek to expand strategic cooperation ranging from maritime affairs to education.

Prabowo arrived at 10 Downing Street wearing his trademark black kopiah cap and a grey suit, walking toward Starmer who was waiting at the iconic door of the prime minister's residence.

The visit marked their second encounter at the venue, after a first meeting there on November 21, 2024, underlining the growing tempo of high-level exchanges between Jakarta and London.
