Jakarta, April 9 -- Forestry Minister Raja Juli Antoni, accompanied by some parliament members, inspected the Weh Island Nature Tourism Park, or the Sabang Zero Point, in Aceh on Wednesday and highlighted the importance of the iconic attraction.
"This is an iconic place. It is not only iconic for Aceh but also for this country. Historically, it is very important for our nation," Antoni said during his visit.
He explained that the Sabang zero-kilometer point is famous for its marine or underwater beauty. Additionally, during certain months, it also becomes a winter stopover for migratory birds, such as sea eagles, herons, and storks.
