Jakarta, May 25 -- Indonesian news agency ANTARA has established collaboration with China Media Group (CMG) and with China's Xinhua News Agency.
The announcement was made during the state visit of Chinese Premier Li Qiang and his delegation to Indonesia at here on Sunday, witnessed by Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto and Premier Li.
The media cooperation agreements between ANTARA and CMG, as well as between ANTARA and Xinhua, were part of eight bilateral cooperation deals signed by the governments of Indonesia and China.
In addition to the media sector, the bilateral agreements covered other fields like tourism, with a partnership between Indonesia's Ministry of Tourism and China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
