Jakarta, Jan. 8 -- Youth and Sports Minister Erick Thohir reported to President Prabowo Subianto that all athletes who won medals at the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand have received their bonuses through direct transfers to their respective bank accounts.

Speaking to the president during a welcoming ceremony for the athletes at the State Palace in Jakarta on Thursday, Thohir said the Ministry of Youth and Sports transferred the bonuses directly to athletes and coaches to ensure transparency.

"To ensure transparency, the Ministry of Youth and Sports transferred all bonuses directly to each athlete and coach through BRI," Thohir said.
