India, Sept. 21 -- I believe everybody is in a rush to pick their spot in the ongoing tussle over the farmer issue. Activists and leaders are, at best, making attempts to seal their berths. If not for the Centre's hurry to legislating the farm ordinance, we could have made the move to send the bill to a select Parliamentary Committee.
Apart from this, taking into consideration the opposing views and dissenting voices, what explains the objection of SAD (Shrimoni Akali Dal), an important ally of the BJP, to these bills?
