BANGLADESH, Dec. 16 -- Despite restrictions on criticizing the National Register of Citizen (NRC) in India, mainstream newspapers in the largest democracy in the world are continuously criticizing and even condemning the initiative of registering Indian nationals in Assam and some of the adjacent provinces.
