India, Feb. 24 -- Much water has flown down the Jhelum since the Narendra Modi government changed Jammu and Kashmir - split it into two clueless Union Territories - and divested it of its special status. A day before the big-ticket changes were voted in the Parliament, scores of J&K leaders including three former chief ministers were placed under detention.
