Ethiopia, April 19 -- Addis Ababa, April 19, 2024(Addis Walta) The 2nd Horn Dialogue Series which is aimed at discussing pressing regional affairs is underway in Addis Ababa today.

The dialogue series is being held under the theme "Navigating the complexities: fostering regional security in the Horn of Africa."

State Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mesganu Arga, scholars, international experts, diplomats, and other guests are participating in the event.
