Ethiopia, July 22 -- Addis Ababa, July 22, 2021 (Walta) - The vice administrator of the Amhara Regional State of Ethiopia, Fenta Mandefro (PhD), says the country has faced a threat to its existence.

The administrator said so while participating in a regional tree planting ceremony aimed at planting almost 248 million seedlings in a single day through out the region.

The vice administrator who participated a planting program held in the vicinity of the regional capital city, Bahir Dar, said that the current state of affairs in Ethiopia pinpoint toward survival campaign.

"The country is under pressure both an outlawed forces internally and foreign enemies externally in a bid to undermine its independence ," the administrator said.
