Gangtok, March 1 -- New research suggests that consuming moderate amounts of black coffee daily could help lower the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, the study reveals that regular coffee and caffeine intake may offer protective benefits against a range of cardiometabolic conditions.
