Hanoi, Feb. 4 -- In recent days, the strong resonance of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) has continued to spread widely among overseas Vietnamese communities, particularly those in Hong Kong (China) where, 96 years ago, the CPV was founded following the conference unifying communist organisations under the leadership of Nguyen Ai Quoc.
