Hanoi, April 8 -- Vietnamese communities around the globe came together in heartfelt ceremonies to commemorate the Hung Kings, the legendary founders of Vietnam, reaffirming the enduring national tradition of honouring one's roots and preserving cultural identity, no matter where life leads.
On April 7, the Vietnamese Embassy in Israel, in collaboration with the Vietnamese community in the country, held an incense-offering ceremony in commemoration of the Hung Kings. In his remarks, Vietnamese Ambassador Ly Duc Trung recounted the legacy of the Hung Kings and Vietnam's 4,000-year history of nation building and defending.
