Seoul, Nov. 14 -- Vietnamese Professor Nguyen Xuan Mung, who is currently working at Sejong University, has been granted Korean citizenship under the Ministry of Justice's Multiple Citizenship for Outstanding Talent (MCOT) initiative. The initiative allows dual citizenship and aims to attract top experts in the fields of science, arts, sports, and research.
