Hanoi, June 4 -- Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's upcoming official visit to Estonia marks a milestone in bilateral relationship, paving the way for its new phase of development via both government and business channels, particularly key areas of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, a diplomat has said.
