Pyongyang, Oct. 10 -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam met with Chinese Premier Li Qiang, who is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, in Pyongyang on October 9. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the ceremony marking the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
