Phnom Penh, Feb. 6 -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam and President of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) Hun Sen witnessed the signing and exchange of cooperation documents between Vietnamese and Cambodian ministries, agencies and localities in Phnom Penh on February 6.

The ceremony was also attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, and a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam.

The leaders witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Party Committee of the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the CPP Central Committee's Commission for External Relations for the 2026-2030 period.
