Hanoi, Sept. 2 -- Party General Secretary To Lam met with Party General Secretary and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith in Hanoi on September 2 as the latter came to Vietnam to attend the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945-2025) and National Day (September 2, 1945-2025).
