New Delhi, Jan. 5 -- The 80-year journey of the National Assembly (NA) of Vietnam carries profound historical and institutional significance, reflecting the country's maturation in state-building, national governance and the exercise of popular sovereignty, stated former Deputy National Security Advisor of India S.D Pradhan.
