Hanoi, Nov. 19 -- Vietnamese State President Luong Cuong and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh have sent messages of sympathy to Philippine President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos over great losses of human and property caused by recent storms in many localities of the Philippines. Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung also cabled a message of sympathy to his Philippine counterpart Maria Theresa Lazaro./.
