Hanoi, July 1 -- Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc met with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez on June 30 within the framework of his attendance at the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4) in Sevilla, Spain.
