Hanoi, Dec. 29 -- The establishment of forums by the Party and State of Vietnam to enable people, including overseas Vietnamese, to contribute opinions to major national affairs is a sound policy that reflects a spirit of democracy, openness and respect for practical insights, while mobilising the collective intellect of the entire nation, Vietnamese entrepreneurs and intellectuals living and working in Laos have said.
