Brussels, Jan. 28 -- A documentary co-produced by Vietnam and Belgium titled "Hair, Paper, Water" is set to be screened at the "En ville !" documentary film festival in Brussels on the evening of January 30, drawing the attention of audiences and international filmmakers alike.
Speaking to the Vietnam News Agency's correspondents in Brussels, Pauline David, curator of the festival, said the film won her over from the very first encounter.
The collaboration between directors Truong Minh Quy of Vietnam and Nicolas Graux of Belgium has generated considerable expectations.
