Hanoi, Nov. 24 -- Le Hong Quang, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) and Deputy Head of the CPV Central Committee's Commission for Internal Affairs on November 24 chaired the talks with a delegation of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee's Commission for Political and Legal Affairs led by its deputy secretary-general Wang Yixing.
