Beijing, April 22 -- The 3rd friendship exchange between the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, as well as among the VFF and CPPCC agencies of border provinces and autonomous regions of the two countries officially kicked off in Nanning city, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China, on April 22 morning.
