Quang Ninh, Feb. 12 -- The annual spring meeting between Vietnam's northern provinces of Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, and Ha Giang and their border-sharing Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China as well as the 16th conference of the joint working committee are set to take place in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh, from February 19 to 22.

According to Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh, Deputy Director of the Quang Ninh Department of Foreign Affairs, these programmes aim to translate into reality the high-level perception between leaders of the Vietnamese and Chinese Parties and States.
