Hanoi, March 31 -- Representatives of the Institute of Meteorology, Hydrology and Climate Change (IMH) under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Flemish Institute for Technological Research (VITO) of Belgium have inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on scientific research and technological development cooperation in urban climate, climate change, sustainable energy, and water resources management.
