Hanoi, Nov. 15 -- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Hang has highlighted the significance of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's upcoming official visits to Kuwait and Algeria, attendance at the G20 Summit, and bilateral activities in South Africa, stressing that the trip will help shape a new phase of cooperation between Vietnam and the Middle East-Africa region.
