Hanoi, March 4 -- Vietnam and Singapore are strengthening their strategic partnership, with deeper collaboration in digital transformation, green growth, and economic integration, officials and experts said at an online seminar hosted by the ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute on March 4.
