Hanoi, Dec. 19 -- Vietnam has demonstrated unwavering commitment to the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration (GCM) over the past five years, actively addressing emerging migration challenges, according to an official of the International Organisation for Migration (IOM).
