Algiers, Aug. 25 -- Algerian diplomat Noureddine Djoudi, Chairman of the International Association of Algerian Revolution Friends, has hailed Vietnam's post-war reconstruction and development, stressing that the Southeast Asian country becomes a model for nations in their struggle for independence and freedom.
